Line 1 Overview
Line 1 runs from Panam Station to Banseok Station. The line is 22.7 kilometers long, with 22 stations. The first phase of the line opened on March 16, 2006, and the second section later opened on April 17, 2007. A 14-kilometer, five-station extension from Banseok to the Sejong government complex in neighboring Sejong City is expected to open in 2029. The EA Line includes the Daejeon Interchange Station, where Korail can connect with national railway services.
