Red Line Overview

The Red Line is the first and longest line in the Doha Metro system, connecting Lusail to Al Wakrah and Hamad International Airport. The first phase of the line opened to the public on May 8, 2019, while additional stations and the airport branch opened in December 2019. The line is 40 kilometers long and has 18 stations. Major interchange stations on the line include Msheireb and Al Bidda, where passengers can change to other Doha Metro lines.
