Line 1 Overview
Line 1 is a north-south rapid transit line. It stretches approximately 11 km from Quds in the north to Shohada in the south. The line has 20 stations. Construction began in 2001 after several delays and opened for commercial service on October 15, 2015. It provides interchange with city buses and access to long-distance bus terminals.
