North–South Line Overview
The North-South Line is Jakarta's first and main MRT line. The first phase opened on 24 March 2019 between Lebak Bulus and Bundaran HI. The line is currently 15.7 km long and serves 13 stations. It is the first and currently the only operational line of the Jakarta MRT. It connects to the TransJakarta Busway, the KRL Commuterline, and the Jabodebek LRT. There are plans to extend the line further north to Kota and Ancol, increasing its total length and number of stations in future phases.
