Line 2 Overview
Line 2 runs between Østerås Station and Ellingsrudhasen Station and currently serves 26 stations. This line became part of the Oslo Metro system in 1966 and connects the western and eastern suburbs via the Common Tunnel in central Oslo. Interchange stations include Majorstuen, Stortinget, Tøyen, and Helsfyre, where passengers can change to other metro services.
