Chilonzor Line Overview
Construction of the Chilonzor Line began in 1968, and its first phase was opened on November 6, 1977, between Olmazor and Amir Temur Zioboni. In 1980, the line was extended eastward to Büyük Ipak Yo'ly, while its southern extension to Sergeli District opened in December 2020. The line is 23.7 kilometers long and has 17 stations. It connects central Tashkent with the Chilonzor and Sergeli districts and is one of the city's major transportation routes. Major interchange stations include Paktakor for the Ozbekistan Line and Amir Temur Zioboni for the Yunusobod Line.
