Dalian Metro

The Dalian Metro is a rapid transit system in the city of Dalian, Liaoning, China. The metro system was launched on 1 May 2003. The system currently in operation consists of 6 lines: Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 5, Line 12 and Line 13.

• Dalian Metro has several lines, Line 1 is the first line to open. The system has expanded over the years, with additional lines and stations added to improve connectivity.
• Line 1, also known as the Red Line, was the first line, opening in 2003. It runs from north-east to south-west of the city, connecting major areas and serving a wide variety of commuters.
