Line 2 Overview

Line 2 runs from Sendero Station to General I. Zaragoza Station. The line is 13 kilometers long and has 13 stations. Construction of the line began in February 1993, and the section from General Anaya to Zaragoza was inaugurated on November 30, 1994. The second phase of the line, from Regina to Universidad, opened on October 31, 2007, and its final section, from Anáhuac to Sendero, opened on October 1, 2008. It interchanges with Line 1 at Cuauhtémoc Station.
