Gyeongchun Line Overview

Gyeongchun Line is a commuter and regional railway line. The line opened on July 20, 1939, connecting Seoul and Chuncheon. A rebuilt double-track electrified line opened on December 21, 2010. The line connects Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Gangwon Province, and is used by both commuter and ITX-Cheongchun express trains. Interchange stations on the line include Sangbong, Cheongnyangni, and Mangu, where connections to several subway and regional railway lines are available.
