Line 2 (Hakozaki Line) Overview
Line 2, known as the Hakozaki Line, is a short 4.7-kilometer subway line from Nakasu-Kawabata to Kaizuka, with seven stations. The line opened on April 20, 1982, between Nakasu-Kawabata and Gofukumachi, and was completed in phases, with the entire route to Kaizuka opening on November 12, 1986. This line provides direct service with the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line. Half of its trains run via the Airport Line, while the remainder terminate at the Hakozaki Line.
