The line has 13 stations and is 9 kilometers long. Major interchange stations on the line include Alameda, Baixa-Chiado, and Campo Grande, where passengers can change to other Lisbon Metro lines. Construction has also begun on two new stations, Santos and Estrela, which will connect the Green Line at Cais do Sodre to the Yellow Line at Rato, creating a future circular metro route in Lisbon.
