Line 11 Overview

Line 11, also known as the Rainbow Line, is a suburban rapid transit line connecting Piccinola-Scampia in Naples to Aversa Centro in the province of Caserta. The first phase, between Piccinola and Mugnano, opened on 16 July 2005, while the extension to Aversa Centro opened in 2009. The line is currently 10.5 kilometres long and serves 5 stations, although future expansion plans aim to increase the total number of stations to 11. It offers interchange with Line 1 at Piccinola station.
