Line 6 Overview
Line 6 is a light metro line that runs from Municipio to Mostra. The project began in 1980 as a rapid tram system, but its first phase opened on 4 February 2007 with four stations between Mostra and Mergellina. Over the years the line has been extended and reopened on 17 July 2024. The entire route is approximately 5.5 kilometres long with 8 stations and provides interchange connections with Line 1 in the municipality and regional rail services near Mergellina.
