Sakaisuji Line Overview
Sakaisuji Line is a subway line of the Osaka Metro system that runs from Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchōme Station to Tengachaya Station. The first phase of the line, connecting Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchōme and Dobutsuen-mae, opened on December 6, 1969. The line was later extended southward to Tengachaya in 1993. Today, the line is 8.5 kilometers long and has 10 stations. Major interchange stations include Kitahama Station, Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station, and Tengachaya Station.
