Canada Line Overview
The Canada Line opened for public service on August 17, 2009. It runs between the waterfront and Richmond–Brighouse, with a branch extending to YVR–Airport. The line is approximately 19 km long and has 16 stations, with two southern branches serving Richmond–Brighouse and Vancouver International Airport. It connects Downtown Vancouver to Richmond and the airport, forming an important north–south rapid transit corridor.
