Line 11 Overview
The branch line of Line 11 opened on March 29, 2010, between Jiading Xincheng and Anting. Later, on October 16, 2013, it was extended to Huaqiao in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, becoming China's first interprovincial metro branch. Services on this branch operate alongside the main line, passing through central Shanghai.
