Line 13 Overview
Line 13 was inaugurated in several phases. A special phase of the line was operated between Madang Road and Shibo Avenue during the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. The first regular section, between Jinyun Road and Jinshajiang Road, opened on December 30, 2012, followed by further extensions in 2014, 2015, and 2018. The line currently runs between Jinyun Road and Zhangjiang Road. It is 38.3 kilometers long and has 31 stations. Major interchange stations on the line include Jinshajiang Road, Hanzhong Road, West Nanjing Road, Xintiandi, Changxing Road, Dongting Road, and Central Huaxia Road.
