The Chongqing Rail Transit Loop Line, also known as Line 0, is 50.93 kilometers long and has 33 stations. Its construction began in phases on 28 December 2018, with the northeastern section opening on 28 December 2018, the southern section including the Agongyan Rail Transit Bridge opening on 30 December 2019, and the entire loop completed on 20 January 2021 after the opening of the final sections. It serves as a circular rapid transit line connecting major railway hubs in several districts of Chongqing, including Chongqing North Railway Station, Shapingba Railway Station, and Chongqing West Railway Station.
