North East Line Overview
The North East Line is a high-capacity Mass Rapid Transit line that began operation on 20 June 2003. Running approximately 22 km from HarbourFront to Punggol Waterfront, it is the shortest MRT line and has 17 stations. It is Singapore's third MRT line and the world's first fully automated underground, driverless, heavy rail line.
