Line 7 Overview
Wuhan Metro Line 7 began operations on October 1, 2018, with the opening of the section between Garden Expo North and Yezhihu. Its southern extension to Qinglongshan Ditiaoxiaozhen opened in December 2018. The line will be further extended northward in 2022 and 2024, extending the current route from Huangpi Square to Qinglongshan Ditiaoxiaozhen. The line is 83.6 km long and has 36 stations, making it one of Wuhan's longest metro lines.
